Green FM have the experience and resources to undertake cleaning projects of all shapes, sizes and varieties of buildings and offices. Our staff are IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) trained.

We are covered comprehensively for such cleans and our extensively trained team of staff are willing to work to our clients' specifications and to a high standard. We offer packages such as one-off intensive and deep cleans, as well as regular maintenance packages when our services are required more than once.

High level areas which may require cleaning include:

• Tops of pipework and ventilation shafts
• Tops of music speakers or large flat screen televisions
• 'Tracks', suspended from the ceiling, containing electrical and/or other cabling
• Tops of light fittings and chandeliers
• Tops of ceiling beams or other building infrastructure
