FOUNDER AND CEO
As the CEO of Green FM, I'm dedicated to managing the overall operations & resources of the business.
My main job is to ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of service & that our employees are motivated, happy & enjoy delivering for our customers every day.
I enjoy the outdoors and love Badminton, Cricket and Yoga.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
I oversee the operational activities which involves implementing and monitoring daily operations, systems and processes to ensure the efficient and timely completion of tasks.
I have enjoyed my role as an Operations Manager with Green FM for over three years. I love that we use non-toxic chemicals and eco-friendly products and care for our planet. I feel proud to be part of Green FM.
As Territory Manager, my responsibility is to build and foster strong customer and internal relationships within our organisation. I enjoy my role very much at Green Facilities.
I am proud to say that I started as a Cleaning Operative at Green Facilities and have grown to become a Senior Manager over five years.
I love to come up with solutions for any project and achieve all our goals. The clients' positive feedback is my biggest satisfaction.
I love spending quality time with my family, and listening to a good playlist while we share our daily experiences.
My duties as an Operations Manager include hiring and training employees and managing the quality and cleaning standards as promised to our clients.
I have grown within our organisation from being a Site Supervisor to overseeing operational duties.
